About the new Accredited CELPIP Preparation Program (ACPP)
The Accredited CELPIP Preparation Program (ACPP) has been developed by the creators of CELPIP and focuses on language skills and test-taking strategies that will help test takers achieve their best scores on the CELPIP Test. This program is packed with useful information, tips, strategies, guidance, exercises, and activities and is delivered by instructors who have been trained by Paragon to help you prepare for the CELPIP Test.
The ACPP is now available in Toronto at Queen’s Collegiate, in Edmonton at Concordia University College of Alberta, in Vancouver at Columbia College, in Winnipeg at Herzing College, and in Surrey at DIVERSEcity Community Resources Society.
You will need speakers or an audio headset to listen to the information session, however, all questions by participants will be done in the chat-log, therefore, a microphone will not be required.

- Highly qualified, trained and certified instructors
- Canadian context-based language instruction

- Up to 42 hours of instruction (for the CELPIP-General LS ACPP)
- Pretest at a CELPIP Test Centre

*FREE CELPIP TEST ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for the FREE CELPIP Test, the ACPP must be completed by no later than July 15, 2015. After completion of the ACPP, the FREE CELPIP Test must be registered for a test sitting that occurs by October 15, 2015 and at the same location that the ACPP was completed. Those that complete the CELPIP-General ACPP will receive a FREE CELPIP-General Test, and those that complete the CELPIP-General LS ACPP will receive a FREE CELPIP-General LS Test. This offer will only apply to the students that complete the ACPP and is not transferable to friends or family members.
New Centre in St. John’s, NL
Paragon Testing Enterprises is pleased to announce that the Association for New Canadians (ANC) in St. John’s, NL is now an official CELPIP Test Centre. The Association for New Canadians is a non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to the provision of settlement and integration services for immigrants and refugees.
ANC will be offering both the CELPIP-General Test and the CELPIP-General LS Test. The first test sittings will take place on Friday, May 29th and Saturday, May 30th. Availability of seats is limited. Register online now!

Paragon Testing Enterprises is pleased to announce that as of April 1st, 2015 our telephone hours will be changing. The change in hours is to better serve our customers on the east coast of Canada, as our head office is located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
As of April 1st, 2015, our office hours will be changing from Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m to 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) to Monday to Friday 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time).

Paragon Testing Enterprises is pleased to announce that Express Rating is now available for the CELPIP-General Test and the CELPIP-General LS Test. You can now choose to have your CELPIP Test scores available online in 3 business days, and we will also send your hardcopy CELPIP Official Score Report through Express Post.
When registering for your test, you can choose between the new Express Rating or Regular Rating.

How do I add Express Rating to my test?
There are two ways you can add Express Rating to your test.
- During your CELPIP Test Registration, or, if you have already registered for a future test,
- In your CELPIP Account.
Please note:
- Purchases must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled test date
- Limited availability
- Available for all test sittings except for test sittings on Sunday after 11:00 a.m. (local time)
